About the Role

As Supervising Pharmacist, you’ll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient dispensing and excellent patient care. You’ll be supported by a strong, experienced team, allowing you to work confidently and professionally in a calm, well-organised setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently

  • Provide expert advice on medications, minor ailments, and health promotion

  • Ensure full compliance with PSI regulations and pharmacy procedures

  • Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacists, technicians, and support staff

  • Maintain accurate records and oversee effective stock management

  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and patient care

Job requirements

PSI registered Pharmacist

3 years experience in retail pharmacy with at least 1 year in Ireland

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of professionalism and attention to detail
