Job description
Woodston Personnel is proud to partner with a newly established and rapidly growing GP practice in Dublin city that is redefining how modern primary care is delivered. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Practice Manager to step into a pivotal leadership role at a formative stage of growth.
You’ll have real influence—over systems, services, and standards—working closely with senior leadership and clinical teams as new clinics and services are launched. If you enjoy building strong operational foundations, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to see the direct impact of your work on patient care, this role offers both challenge and genuine reward.
The Role
As Practice Manager, you will play a central role in the continued growth and success of the practice. With a high level of autonomy, you’ll lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring services are efficient, compliant, and consistently patient-focused.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and shaping how a practice operates as it scales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of operational systems and processes to support a growing multi-site GP practice
Take full ownership of financial operations, including income tracking, expense management, reconciliations, and reporting
Prepare and submit PCRS returns accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance
Act as a key user and champion of the Socrates IT System, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and streamlined workflows
Work closely with the Operations Manager and clinical teams to drive continuous improvement and high standards of service delivery
Lead the end-to-end rollout of new clinics and services, from planning and coordination to implementation and team support
Develop and embed robust internal procedures that support scalability, consistency, and high-quality patient care
Foster strong communication across teams and with patients, creating a well-organised and positive practice environment
Provide operational oversight across multiple practice locations, ensuring alignment and consistency
Proactively identify challenges and implement practical, effective solutions
Cross-Service & Strategic Collaboration
Collaborate with administrative teams across the organisation to support integrated, patient-centred care
Support the coordination and operational delivery of OPAT (Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy) services across sites
Align local practice protocols with organisational standards to ensure continuity of care and efficient administration
Contribute to joint planning, reporting, and service development initiatives that enhance OPAT and broader service delivery
The role will suit you if you:
Are an experienced Practice Manager ready for a broader, more influential role
Enjoy autonomy and accountability and are comfortable working in a growth environment
Like building systems and processes, not just maintaining them
Are confident managing finances, compliance, and operational detail
Want to play a meaningful role in shaping modern primary care services
What’s on Offer
A senior leadership role in a growing, forward-thinking healthcare organisation
Genuine influence over how services are delivered and developed
A supportive, collaborative working environment with engaged clinical leadership
Competitive and negotiable salary package, reflecting experience
Private Medical Insurance
Clear scope for career progression as the organisation continues to expand
The opportunity to help shape and scale a modern GP practice from an early growth phase
