Woodston Personnel are looking for a full-time Lead Creative who can move seamlessly across brand, product UI/UX, and marketing content and own the visual language of our client end to end.

About Our Client

Our client is an LST infrastructure protocol built on Hyperliquid

Mission of the role

Own our client’s visual storytelling across brand, product, and marketing.
You’ll take ideas from rough sketches to polished, shippable assets – landing pages, UI/UX design for website/apps, dashboards, campaigns, motion, memes and help define how our client looks and feels everywhere it appears.

What you’ll be doing

Product & UI Design

  • Designing landing pages, dashboards, and app / dApp interfaces in Figma

  • Translating product flows and concepts into clear, usable UI

Working with founders and devs from low-fidelity explorations to final design files
Marketing & Content

  • Creating social and marketing assets: graphics, carousels, and campaign visuals

  • Producing AI-generated / edited marketing videos, motion snippets, and simple animations

  • Putting together one-pagers, banners, and merch mockups

  • Contributing to illustration, mascots, and simple 3D visuals where needed

Brand & Systems

  • Evolving and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints

  • Creating reusable components, templates, and frameworks in Figma

  • Helping shape a recognizable, consistent visual voice for our client over time

Job requirements

You must already have all of the following.
These should be clearly visible in your
portfolio or attached links:

  • Portfolio link showing your own work

Applications without a portfolio containing all of the below will not be considered:

  • Strong Figma skills – fast, organized, and comfortable managing complex files

  • Product/UI experience – you’ve designed for web or app products and can show clear UI/UX work

  • Motion / video capability – at least one motion or video tool in your toolkit, with motion/video pieces in your portfolio or links

  • Marketing design experience – social graphics, campaign assets, or similar, with real examples

  • Independent working style – you’ve shipped meaningful work in small or fast-moving teams

  • Genuine interest in crypto / DeFi / trading / fintech – ideally visible through past work, side projects

Nice to have

Not required, but a plus if you have:

  • Experience designing for trading, crypto, DeFi, or financial products

  • Comfort with simple 3D, illustration, or character/mascot work

  • Experience at an early-stage startup or lean product team

  • Familiarity with Hyperliquid or LSTs
